Important Note for Parents: If you are enrolling a child (under 18) in our classes, you are entering into these Terms on behalf of the child. You are responsible for ensuring the child complies with these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Arabic Quran Teacher provides live, one-on-one online Quran and Islamic education classes via video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, and Skype. Our services include (but are not limited to):

  • Islamic Studies (Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, Hadith)

All classes are conducted privately (one-on-one) between the student and an assigned Ijazah-certified teacher. Group classes are not part of our standard offering unless specifically stated.

2. Free Trial Class

2.1 Trial Class Terms

  • We offer a 3-day free trial to new students. The trial consists of up to 3 trial sessions as arranged at the time of booking.
  • The free trial is available to new students only โ€” one trial per student, per household.
  • No payment information is required to book a free trial class.
  • Trial classes are subject to teacher availability. We will do our best to match you with a teacher suited to your level and preferences.
  • Trial classes must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the initial booking confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

2.2 After the Trial

At the end of your trial period, you may choose to enroll in a paid monthly plan. Enrollment is entirely voluntary. We will not charge you automatically after the trial without your explicit consent.

3. Enrollment and Account

  • To enroll, you must provide accurate and complete information including name, contact details, and student level.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment for the applicable plan.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information we provide.
  • You must promptly inform us of any changes to your contact information, scheduling requirements, or student level.
  • We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate an account at our discretion, particularly if these Terms are violated.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing and Plans

  • All class plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis, unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing is displayed on our website’s Pricing page and is subject to change. Current pricing applies to new enrollments; existing students will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase affects their plan.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is the responsibility of the student or parent.

4.2 Payment Due Date

  • Monthly payment is due on the same date each month as your enrollment date.
  • If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, classes may be paused until payment is made.
  • Repeated late payments may result in termination of enrollment.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure, reputable payment processors. We do not store your card details on our servers. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrollment.

4.4 Taxes

Prices are listed exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as VAT in the UK/EU, or GST in Australia/Canada). Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added to your invoice.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Classes

5.1 Regular Schedule

Upon enrollment, a regular class schedule will be agreed upon between the student/parent and the assigned teacher. Both parties should honor this schedule consistently.

5.2 Rescheduling by Student

  • Students may reschedule a class by giving at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class time.
  • Rescheduled classes are subject to teacher availability and will be accommodated within the same month where possible.
  • Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-shows”), will be counted as completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • We allow a maximum of 2 rescheduled classes per month per student.

5.3 Rescheduling by Teacher

If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled class, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a replacement teacher or a rescheduled class at no additional cost.

5.4 Technical Difficulties

If a class cannot proceed due to technical issues on our teacher’s end (internet failure, platform error), we will reschedule the class at no charge. We recommend students have a stable internet connection and use a supported device. Technical issues on the student’s end are not grounds for a refund or rescheduling.
