✅ 3-day free trial — no payment required

✅ Refund available if we fail to deliver a class without reasonable notice
❌ No refund for completed classes or no-shows by the student

1. Free Trial Policy

1.1 What the Free Trial Includes

  • Arabic Quran Teacher offers a 3-day free trial to all new students.
  • The trial includes up to 3 online Quran class sessions conducted by one of our Ijazah-certified teachers.
  • The free trial is provided at no cost — no credit card or payment information is required to book a trial.
  • The trial is designed to help you assess our teaching quality, the suitability of your assigned teacher, and your overall experience before making a financial commitment.

1.2 Trial Eligibility

  • The free trial is available to new students only — one trial per student, per household, and per email address.
  • Attempts to claim multiple free trials using different names, email addresses, or accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to modify, limit, or withdraw the free trial offer at any time without prior notice, but this will not affect trials already booked.

1.3 After the Trial

  • After completing the free trial, you are under no obligation to enroll in a paid plan.
  • Paid enrollment requires your explicit, informed consent. We will not automatically charge you after a trial ends.
  • If you choose to enroll, your first paid billing cycle begins on the date you confirm enrollment and make payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us through any of the following channels:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp message). Verbal requests will not be accepted as confirmation of cancellation.

2.2 Notice Period

⏰ 7-Day Cancellation Notice Required
Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date to stop the following month’s payment. This requirement is clearly stated on our Pricing page.

  • If you submit your cancellation request within 7 days of your next billing date, your subscription will end at the close of the following billing period (not the current one), and one additional payment may be processed.
  • Example: If your billing date is the 15th of each month and you request cancellation on the 12th, your cancellation will take effect from the 15th (7+ days’ notice given). If you request cancellation on the 13th, one more payment on the 15th may be processed and your subscription ends at the close of that period.

2.3 Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your remaining pre-paid classes for the current billing period.
  • After the cancellation takes effect, no further charges will be made.
  • Cancellation does not affect your ability to re-enroll in the future. However, a new free trial will not be available to returning students.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 When a Refund Is Available

We will provide a refund or credit for the following situations:

SituationResolution
We cancel or fail to deliver a class without providing at least 12 hours’ noticeFull refund of that class session or rescheduled class
You are charged due to a billing error on our endFull refund of the incorrect amount within 7 business days
You enroll and no class was delivered within the first 7 days of your paid subscription (not due to your unavailability)Full refund of first month’s payment
Serious, documented ongoing quality issues that we have failed to resolve after a formal complaintProrated refund for undelivered classes, considered case by case

3.2 When a Refund Is NOT Available

We do not provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Classes that have already been delivered (completed classes are non-refundable)
  • Classes missed by the student without giving at least 12 hours’ advance notice (“no-shows”)
  • Classes cancelled by the student with less than 12 hours’ notice
  • Change of mind after enrollment, unless classes have not yet commenced (see Section 3.3)
  • Poor performance or slow progress (learning pace varies and is not grounds for a refund — see our Disclaimer)
  • Issues with third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype) that are beyond our control
  • Technical difficulties on the student’s side (poor internet, device issues)
  • A student’s personal circumstances such as travel, illness, or life changes, unless covered by a specific arrangement made with us in advance

3.3 Cooling-Off Period (UK / EU Consumers)

UK and EU Students: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of entering into it (the “cooling-off period”), provided that the service has not yet commenced.

By booking a trial class or enrolling in a plan, you consent to the service beginning immediately. If you exercise your 14-day right to cancel after classes have already started, any refund will be reduced proportionally for the classes already delivered.

3.4 Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@arabicquranteacher.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, including your full name, enrollment date, and reason for the request.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • We may, at our discretion, offer account credit in lieu of a cash refund where this is mutually agreeable.

4. Pause / Freeze Option

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to temporarily stop classes due to travel, illness, exams, or other personal reasons, you may request a subscription pause instead of cancelling:

  • You may pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks per calendar year by giving at least 3 days’ advance notice.
  • During a pause, no classes are held and no payment is charged for that period.
  • Pause requests are subject to approval and are not automatically granted. Contact us to discuss your situation.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback for a payment that was made in accordance with these Terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your enrollment immediately
  • Submit documentation to your payment provider to contest the chargeback
  • Recover costs associated with processing the dispute

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For existing students, material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days’ notice before they take effect.
